Terms & Conditions

1. To confirm your admission to the course, you need to pay either the full fee or at least 50% of the course fee by the day you enroll.
2. You can pay your fees in cash, online through our website (https://www.kapilitshub.com/) or other partner platforms, or by DD/Cheque made out to KAPIL IT’S HUB.
3. If you are paying in installments, it’s important to stick to the payment dates. If you miss a payment, you will incur a fine of Rs. 100 for each day it’s late, alongwith an interest rate of 12% per year on any unpaid fees.
4. If a student does not pay the fee by the due date stated in the admission form or falls behind on payments, they will not be allowed to attend classes.
5. At the time of admission, students must provide ID proof, address proof, and one recent passport-size photo.
6. The management has the right to reject any student’s admission based on their assessment.
7. If a student loses their study materials, they can get a duplicate set of books by paying for them.
8. Tax Increases: If the Indian Government raises taxes, students will be responsible for paying the additional amount from the date the new tax is enforced.
9. Re-admission Fees: If a student does not pay their fees for more than three weeks after the due date, their name will be removed from the records. To rejoin, the student must pay a fee of Rs. 5000, along with any outstanding fees.
10. Batch Change: Students who wish to change their batch must pay a fee of Rs. 5000.
11. Program Changes: KAPIL IT’S HUB may change its programs, venues, timings, or class days without prior notice. The management's decisions are final and must be accepted by students and parents.
12. Discipline Policy: Mentors or trainers have the authority to remove a student from class for being disruptive or disrespectful. The management can also expel a student from the institute without refunding any fees in such cases.
13.  Refund Policy: Once a student pays the registration fee, it cannot be refunded. If a student decides to withdraw for any reason after enrolling, the registration or admission fee will not be returned
14. If a parent or guardian misbehaves with any staff member at KAPIL IT’S HUB, the student may be expelled from the institute. The management's decision in this matter will be final, and no fees will be refunded.
15. KAPIL IT’S HUB is not responsible for any accidents or natural disasters (such as earthquakes, floods, fires, or electrical issues) that happen on the premises.
16. Students must keep all course materials and content confidential. They agree not to copy, share, change, or distribute these materials in any way. Violating these rules may lead to the termination of enrollment and could also result in legal action.
17. In case of any disagreements, the management's decision at KAPIL IT’S HUB will be final and binding for all faculty, students, and business partners. All disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad.

B.   BATCH CANCELLATION

  • KAPIL IT’S HUB reserves the right to cancel any training course or batch if there are not enough students enrolled. If this happens, we will notify you and offer the option to either reschedule for a future course date or receive a full refund of your registration fees.
  • Please note that KAPIL IT’S HUB will not be responsible for any expenses you may have incurred as a result of a course cancellation.
  • If a class is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather or natural disasters, you will also have the option to reschedule for a future training course.

C.  DISCIPLINE

1.Valuables: Students should not bring valuable items to the study center. KAPIL IT’S HUB is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

2.Behavior: Students must maintain a high level of discipline while on campus. Disrupting classes, administrative tasks, or any activities is not allowed. This includes actions that may interfere with staff members doing their jobs.

3.Property Care: Students should not damage or vandalize the study center’s property, equipment, or facilities.

4. Responsibility: Students are encouraged to act responsibly and assist KAPIL IT’S HUB staff in keeping the property and equipment in good condition.

5.Language: Using abusive language or derogatory remarks is not permitted while at the study center.

6.Food and Drinks: Eating and drinking in the classrooms are not allowed.

7.Smoking: Smoking is strictly forbidden on campus.

8.Mobile Phones: Students must keep their mobile phones on silent mode. KAPIL IT’S HUB staff have the right to confiscate phones if necessary to maintain a focused environment for all students.

9, Penalties: KAPIL IT’S HUB may impose penalties, fines, or even cancel registration for any student who violates these guidelines.

D.  DISCLAIMER

1.Training Services: KAPIL IT’S HUB will do its best to provide training services in a timely and professional manner. However, we cannot guarantee the exact training schedule or duration. These may change based on how quickly students understand the material, public holidays, and  unexpected events.

2.Trainer Changes: KAPIL IT’S HUB has the right to choose trainers for each course. We may change a trainer at any time without prior notice if we believe another person is better qualified to teach the course.

3. Online Content Availability: KAPIL IT’S HUB does not guarantee that online content will always be available without interruptions. We cannot promise that the content will be timely, error- free, or secure from bugs and viruses.

4. Pricing Changes: KAPIL IT’S HUB reserves the right to change the prices of its products, offers, or deals based on market conditions and operating costs. However, the price you paid when you made your purchase will remain valid unless otherwise stated.

5. Curriculum Modifications: KAPIL IT’S HUB can change or update the curriculum, content, or teaching methods for courses as needed. We may also combine courses or change schedules if we think it is necessary.

E.  PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

  1. When a student completes his/her course successfully, Quality Thought’s Placement Cell helps him/ her interview with software companies. This service is Free of Cost and provided to the students who fulfill the mandatory attendance of 90% and above.    
  2. This DOES NOT guarantee a job to any student under any circumstances.

F. CERTIFICATION

KAPIL IT'S HUB will provide a “Certificate of Completion” to students who complete their course
and have an attendance of 90% or higher
